The hotel had a nice breakfast selection.
During my 7-night stay, the cleanliness was inadequate, with the room being cleaned only twice after our request. We suspected bed bugs since we developed rashes that required medication. Despite informing the management, there was no follow-up, leaving us extremely dissatisfied with our experience.

Good intentions, flawed execution
The location was perfect! with shopping and dining nearby. The amenities were appealing, including a pool and hot tub, though cleanliness was a concern at times.
Unpleasant odors lingered in certain rooms, and I encountered multiple issues with the breakfast service, notably that items ran out quickly and were stale when available.

The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed, separate living area with a couch, and essential amenities like a microwave and mini refrigerator. I found the staff to be professional and attentive, addressing any needs promptly. The indoor pool and fitness center were additional perks that added value to my stay.
The complementary coffee supply was insufficient for more than one cup.

great location but some areas need improvement
The location is fantastic for shopping and dining options nearby! I felt a strong sense of safety throughout my stay, which is very important to me. The hotel was impeccably clean, making the overall atmosphere soothing and pleasant. Additionally, the staff members at the front desk were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The spa was not as clean as I expected, which was disappointing.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the activities right outside the hotel, like batting cages and rock climbing. The One-Bedroom Suite was spacious enough for my family, and the clean, friendly environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious too!
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the late-night party was unbearable for our young kids. One suggestion would be to manage late events better, so families can have a more peaceful experience.

The One-Bedroom King Suite was spacious and clean. I loved how quiet it was, making it easy to relax. The bathroom, however, had no vent, which was a bit weird. Also, the beds were decent but not the most comfortable I've experienced. The fridge and microwave were handy for snacks! Overall, it worked well for us, though a little refresh wouldn't hurt.

Renovations during my stay were disruptive, with early morning noise from staff and cramped room layout making it difficult to relax. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast offered a decent selection. Despite the inviting atmosphere and outdoor amenities, the discomfort in the room overshadowed the experience.
